This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means. We will verify academic and athletic information by third party interviews as well as the information you give us via email or other direct contact from you. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You can contact us to see what data we have about you, if any. Change/correct any data we have about you provided that the data if verified and valid.  We reserve the right to keep only verified data on our site for the purpose of accurate information.  We reserve the right to make content changes to all profiles to ensure accuracy of all data collected.  All Payments are made through a secure network.  You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (to include but not limited to name, email address, phone number, etc.). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required. You can contact us with any questions or concerns at our email address listed above.  As a condition of participation in a True Recruits and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event, you hereby give to Rylex Consulting, LLC, True Recruits, LLC, its affiliates, licensees and sponsors, your full and complete permission and consent to use and disclose your name and registered contact information, including home address and telephone number, and my picture, image, video, likeness, actions, voice, or other personally identifiable information (collectively your “Name and Image”), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images, captured by any means as part of my registration with and/or participation in any True Recruits and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event. By registering for any event True Recruits, LLC, its affiliates, licensees and sponsors, you waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which you may have in connection with your Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsoever, to be used by True Recruits and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing True Recruits website visitors, to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes.  By registering for any event we host or are involved with, you hereby grant Rylex Consulting, LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use your Name and Image associated with any True Recruits and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. You are consenting to such uses and hereby waive all rights to compensation and any right to inspect or approve the finished product or image, regardless of format.  You agree to hold harmless Rylex Consulting, LLC, True Recruits, LLC and all affiliates, representatives, licenses and sponsors in the event of any injury up to and including death incurred during any event we are involved with.  There are no refunds for any events, camps, clinics, scout days or individual assessments that True Recruits, LLC or any affiliates offer.  A credit will only be processed if cancellation notice given in writing to truereceruitsusa.org at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of first day of the event or series of camp/clinic days.  We reserve the right to make changes to our privacy policy and can be contacted at truerecruitsusa@gmail.com.
